I was here for 2 days and will be back. Had secluded location close to the Eskbank train station which easily takes you to other beautiful towns of the Scottish Borders. What's more, it was next to the Lothians and Edinburgh with bus services nearby and a large well kept garden making the property quiet and private.

A peaceful and amazing place to stay when in Dalkeith. Amiable and brilliant staff with a smile. Particularly good and stunning location in a good area really close to the Eskbank train station, beautiful grounds and Edinburgh. What an excellent stay, no reason to complain.

It was a peaceful hotel in a local area, close to beautiful grounds, and a beautiful pub. The location was quiet, for example, Unicorn was within a close distance from the property. We greatly enjoyed excellent food.

The breakfast food was outstanding, with toast, cereals, pastries, and fruit etc. Had central heating, an ironing set, and tea/coffee making equipment in my neat room. Stunning and wonderful location close to the Eskbank train station which easily takes you to other beautiful towns of the Scottish Borders was a plus.
